Our operations are based in Singapore, with a dedicated logistics network and sourcing partners located in Europe - specifically Italy, Spain, Germany and Sweden.

Authenticity is the cornerstone of our business. Every item sold on The Exclusive Line is 100% genuine. We work exclusively with reputable suppliers in Europe to ensure that every bag is authentic, original, and of the highest quality.
Every piece at The Exclusive Line is guaranteed brand new, unused, and in pristine condition. Your order will arrive with all original designer hallmarks, including dust bags, authenticity cards, and care booklets. To ensure your item is protected during international transit and to keep shipping streamlined, we provide premium protective packaging in lieu of the designer paper shopping bag.
By leveraging direct relationships with European distributors and operating as an online-only boutique, we eliminate the high overhead costs of traditional luxury retail. These savings are passed directly to our clients.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
At The Exclusive Line, we value your security and convenience. We utilize a modern, passwordless login system to ensure your data remains protected without the need to remember another password.
Creating an account allows you to track your orders in real-time, save your shipping details for future purchases, and gain early access to our seasonal or promotional sales.
To get started:
- On Checkout page, click the Sign In icon.
- Enter the email address you would like to use for your orders.
- You will instantly receive a 6-digit secure verification code in your inbox.
- Enter the code on our website to be logged in immediately.
We strive to keep our luxury collection accessible. Due to rising external credit card fees, we’ve updated our checkout to favor our local community.
You can still pay via any major card, but for the best possible rate, we encourage using PayNow to enjoy an additional 3% discount from your total—ensuring you always get our best price without the bank markups.
At The Exclusive Line, we strive to fulfill orders with the utmost efficiency. Should you have a change of heart, cancellations are accepted within the 12 hour grace period of order placement. Beyond this timeframe, a nominal SGD 30 fee is required to cover the processing stages already underway. Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our European facilities, we are unable to facilitate further changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At the moment, we provide exclusive shipping services to clients within Singapore. While our luxury pieces are sourced directly from our partners in Europe, we manage the entire international journey for you. Every order is fully insured and tracked from our European warehouse until it is hand-delivered to your Singapore address.
Please note that for security reasons and to ensure a verified signature upon delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we generally cannot change the delivery address once an order has been processed. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.
For the convenience of our clients, all shipping fees, import taxes and duties are calculated and included at checkout. No surprise fees upon delivery.
Typically, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If you have a change of heart, we offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags attached and original designer packaging intact. Please note that return costs are structured based on the original payment method to cover third-party processing and logistics:
Credit Card - 3.5% Handling & Reversal Fee + 65 SGD Shipping Fee
PayNow - 65 SGD Shipping Fee
Of course, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, these fees are waived, and we will facilitate a complimentary return for you.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@theexclusiveline.com with your order details and we will help you with the process.
At The Exclusive Line, we take great pride in our curation and quality control. If your order arrives incorrect or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for priority resolution. The Exclusive Line reserves the right to inspect the item to determine the nature of the defect.
Qualifying Scenarios:
- Model Mismatch: The item received was a different model than what was ordered.
- Color Discrepancy: The color is significantly different from the description on our product page.
- Size Error: The wrong size was delivered (please note that a 10% discrepancy in stated measurements is industry-standard and acceptable).
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
Once our team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when processed.
