Refund policy

At The Exclusive Line, we take great pride in our curation and quality control. We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original security tags attached, and in its original designer packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at info@theexclusiveline.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

To maintain our competitive European pricing, shipping and handling fees are non refundable to cover third-party processing and logistics. Please note that return costs are structured based on the original payment method.

  • Credit Card - 3.5% Handling & Reversal Fee + 65 SGD Shipping Fee
  • PayNow - 65 SGD Shipping Fee
  • Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the restocking fee is waived, and we will facilitate a complimentary return for you.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To ensure you receive your desired piece as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred item.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@theexclusiveline.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite your request, please include the following in your email:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos of the item’s front, back, and the specific area of concern (damage or defect).
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging.

Qualifying Scenarios for Complimentary Returns:

  • Model Mismatch: You received a different model than what was ordered.
  • Color Discrepancy: The color is significantly different from the description on our product page.
  • Size Error: The wrong size was delivered (please note that a 10% discrepancy in stated measurements is industry-standard and acceptable).
  • Manufacturing Defects: The Exclusive Line reserves the right to inspect the item to determine the nature of the defect.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus the shipping and handling fees, where applicable) will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
