Shipping policy

At The Exclusive Line, we provide a seamless, white-glove shipping experience. We manage the complexities of international logistics so that your luxury pieces arrive safely and directly to your door.

1. Delivery Destinations

Currently, we offer exclusive delivery services specifically to our clients in Singapore. While we are focused on maintaining our high standards of service locally, we are actively working to expand our international shipping capabilities in the near future.

Security Note: To ensure the safe arrival of your investment, a signature is required upon delivery. For security reasons and to ensure a verified chain of custody, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

2. Sourcing & Logistics

While our curated pieces are sourced directly from our esteemed partners in Europe, we handle the entire journey for you.
  • Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our European warehouse until it reaches your hands.
  • Your package is tracked at every stage of its international transit, providing you with total visibility.

3. Transparent Pricing (Taxes & Duties)

We believe in a "no-surprise" luxury experience.
  • All shipping fees, import taxes, and GST/duties are calculated and included at the time of checkout.
  • The price displayed at checkout is final, with no additional fees due upon delivery. 

4. Delivery Timeline

We understand the anticipation of receiving a new piece. Our logistics are optimized for both speed and safety:
  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Transit: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your specified address. We recommend providing an address where someone is available during business hours to sign for the package.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If an initial attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will provide instructions for a second attempt or local collection.
  • Unclaimed Returns: If an order remains unclaimed and is eventually returned to our facility, it will be treated as a return. Return costs are structured based on the original payment method to cover third-party processing and logistics:


    Credit Card - 3.5% Handling & Reversal Fee + 65 SGD Shipping Fee
    PayNow - 65 SGD Shipping Fee
